Rochester Man sentenced to 21 years, return of $ 106k for the production of child pornography – ABC 6 News

(ABC 6 News) – A man from Rochester received a sentence of 252 months, or 21 years old, after declaring himself guilty of childish pornography production at the Federal Court.

Kevyn Bradley Heath appeared at the Federal Court on Monday 24 March.

He received 10 years of controlled release, to be taken for granted after his prison sentence, according to the court documents.

Heath was originally accused of 1st grade criminal sexual conduct with a child under 3 years, the use of a minor in a sexual performance/pornographic work and the distribution of child pornography in Olmsted County.

In addition, he was ordered to pay $ 100,000 in return and $ 6,000 to an organization that collects the return from transgressors who create or share materials for sexual abuse on minors (CSAM) and provides money for victims.

Heath remains in state custody, according to the United States Department of Justice.
