The man cheated the 2.5L file report 2 years later

Nashik: Two years after paying RS2.5 Lakh for a gun loss valid at national level, a 41 -year -old businessman discovered that he had been deceived by a pillar in pose as a senior government officer who offers help to people and cheat them. Presented a complaint to Indicagar police on Friday.
In September 2023, the denunciant, residing in Ramkrushnanagar, met Gaurav Mishra, who claimed to be a high official of the Indian revenue, showing off a car on top of the lighthouse and a uniform Govt.
Mishra told the complaint that he could easily get a valid weapons license at national level, which in turn had electrocuted the first demand and paid him RS2.5 Lakh. However, when Mishra did not get the license, the complainant started asking for back.
The accused abused and threatened to frame and kill him. Recently, after learning that Mishra was a fraud, the businessman recorded a complaint with the Indianagar police pursuant to sections 205 (who wore dress or transported tokens used by the public employee with fraudulent intent), 316 (2) (criminal violation of trust), 318 (4) (cheating), 352 (intentional insult) and 351 (2) (2) Things of trust), 318 (4) (cheating), 352 (intentional insult) and 351 (2) (criminals).
In October last year, the Indicagar police had arrested Mishra in a different case on a tip, seizing a uniform and objects related from his home. Two weeks later, a conveyor presented a case of rs1 cheating against him. It was freed in both cases then.
Mishra has yet to be arrested after Friday’s complaint presented to the police.
